WiFi is good if you're in the right place. WiFi is not good at all anywhere else. I have attached my WiFi heatmap site survey (unofficial) with ~190 data points, so it's fairly accurate. The best place is at the top left of the theatre. The houses were not good for WiFi, so expect to use mobile data. I was not staying in the private lodge, so those areas are unscanned.
